The scale of Jilin Expressway Group Co., Ltd.

Jilin Expressway Group Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 2.7 billion yuan, is a wholly state-owned company with Jilin Provincial Communications Department as the investor. The company owns the assets of seven expressways, namely Changping, Changji, Changyu, Chang Ying, Jijiang, Yantu and Jiang Hui. At present, the total assets are about11400 million yuan. According to the model of "integration of construction, maintenance and management", the company, as the main body of investment and debt commitment, loaned 1.993 to the Asian Development Bank for/kloc-0.26 billion US dollars to complete the construction of Changping Expressway. 1.998 issued three-year corporate bonds in the province for the construction of Changji Expressway, raising funds of1.500 million yuan. In 2000, it borrowed $90 million from the Asian Development Bank to build the Changyu Expressway.
