Belonging to Anhui Province, its main business is ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing and product sales, steel product extension processing, mineral products mining, construction, design, steel structure, equipment manufacturing and installation, technical consultation and labor service, among which the steel production business is concentrated in Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. By the end of 2009, the company had supporting steel production capacity of160,000 tons, nearly 60,000 employees and total assets of 766.5438 billion.
