Hu, male, Han nationality, born in Ningbo, Zhejiang,1June 1965,1July 1988. In 2005, he studied in architectural and civil engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University, and obtained a master's degree in engineering. He is currently the party secretary and director (director) of Chengdu Municipal Transportation Commission (Chengdu Traffic Management Bureau).
