History of Guodian Xuanwei Power Generation Co., Ltd.

Yunnan Xuanwei Power Plant, the predecessor of Guodian Xuanwei Power Generation Co., Ltd., was built in 1958, and the first 25MW unit was put into operation in 1960. After the fourth phase of construction, four 25MW and two 50MW units will be built in 1978, with a total installed capacity of 200MW. In March 2000, Yunnan Xuanwei Power Plant was transformed into Yunnan Xuanwei Power Generation Co., Ltd., and in June 2002, it was transformed into Guodian Xuanwei Power Generation Co., Ltd., which was controlled by Guodian Power Development Co., Ltd., and the shareholding ratio of five shareholders was: Guodian Power Development Co., Ltd. 4 1%, Yunnan Development and Investment Co., Ltd. 34%, Kunming Glory Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. 10%, and Yunnan Yinta.
