Prestressed high-strength concrete pipe pile (PHC pipe pile) is the most commonly used cement product component in infrastructure construction at this stage, which has the advantages of high bearing capacity of single pile, low cost, good adaptability and convenient construction. In the production process of PHC pipe piles, the curing process of combining normal pressure steam curing with high pressure steam curing is generally adopted to quickly improve the strength of pipe piles and make them meet the use requirements. However, although the high-pressure steam curing in this curing process improves the product strength, it does damage the crack resistance, frost resistance and durability of concrete to varying degrees, and consumes a lot of energy and pollutes the environment, which is not in line with the national policy of energy conservation and emission reduction.

In order to solve the above problems, our company independently developed the high-strength and high-performance mineral admixture S115 mineral powder in 2009, and began to study the pressure-free steam curing technology of PHC pipe pile products. Through cooperation with China Academy of Engineering, Shanghai Academy of Engineering, Iron Institute, Tongji University, China Communications Group, China Technical Pile Industry, Shanghai Construction Engineering Company and other scientific research institutes and construction groups, after more than one year of continuous testing and trial-production, and using a variety of testing methods to study the impermeability, frost resistance, crack resistance and sulfate corrosion resistance of concrete, a large number of data have been obtained and relevant technologies have been mastered. Through the compounding of S 1 15 mineral powder and special additives, the autoclaving process of pipe piles is cancelled, the production cost and energy consumption of pipe piles are reduced by about 60%, and high-strength and high-performance pipe piles are produced.
