Sunshine Property Insurance Company, which has just been established for more than a year, mainly engaged in property insurance business, will be approved by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission to set up a holding company and a life insurance company recently, thus becoming the eighth holding (group) company in China insurance industry.
According to the preliminary strategic plan of Sunshine Property Insurance, it will take about three years to basically complete the laying of branches, declare the establishment of life insurance companies and intermediary companies as soon as possible, and establish and expand its popularity, reputation and influence in the insurance market. About 7- 10, the insurance group was established and the company went public, and the company eventually became a world-class financial insurance group.
At present, the national institutional network of Sunshine Property Insurance has been basically established, with 25 provincial branches and nearly 4,000 employees.
It is understood that this Sunshine Property Insurance will introduce strategic investors to initiate the establishment of Sunshine Insurance Holding Co., Ltd. based on the capital increase of the original shareholders, and the holding company will initiate the establishment of Sunshine Life Insurance Company as the main sponsor, forming the basic structure of the group company.
