My blue light keeps showing the connection, and I can't open the webpage. The icon is gray. What should I do?

Are you using proxy software? The easiest way is to uninstall the agent software.

If it still doesn't work, cancel the agent by the following steps.

1. Press "Win+R" to start the operation. Enter: Press Enter to open Internet properties;

2. Click "LAN Settings" in the "Connection" card selection interface of the Internet properties interface;

3. Remove the check box in front of "Local area network uses proxy server (these settings are not used for dial-up or VPN connection)", select the automatic detection setting and leave it unchecked, and then click OK;

4. Click OK in the internet properties interface.
