As a partner of information construction in Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Feilixin has worked out Classification Code and Data Structure of Human Resource Information, Index Code System and Master Plan of National Human Resource Management Information System for more than two years. It has also developed a human resources system management platform based on overall planning and business subsystems such as civil servant management, institution management, salary management, professional title evaluation management, national civil servant examination and employment management, professional and technical personnel management, high-level talents, talent market and talent intermediary management, personnel file management, labor arbitration and so on. At present, it has been applied in many national ministries, many provincial and municipal departments (bureaus) and cross-regional vertical personnel management departments.
Feilixin is committed to providing the government with the construction and operation of a large-scale inter-departmental e-government system, especially the integrated business system of NPC and CPPCC.
