First of all, if you want to engage in the securities industry, you must meet three conditions before you can regard the securities industry as a career at that time;
(1) You have a diploma, at least a bachelor's degree or above, otherwise it's hard for you to be afraid to go up. Even if you don't have a diploma, you have no chance to climb up, unless you are very capable or connected.
(2) Having relevant securities and securities qualification certificates, followed by investment consultant certificate, analyst certificate and analyst certificate. There is hope to get the certificate of chief analyst. If you are a junior analyst, the salary is not high.
(3) Business ability, reaction ability and management ability are relatively strong, and this society is very realistic. Either you live by your skills or you have a background.
These three conditions are the prerequisites for truly wanting to have a future in the securities industry; If you don't have this ability, you can only serve in the marketing series, and the highest is to let you serve as the regional director or marketing director; In short, it is all about taking a group to eat by performance. Without performance, there is no income.
If you don't have a high degree and have nothing to do with securities companies, and you only have a securities qualification certificate, but you can't even get the junior analyst certificate, then you can only do bottom-level marketing in securities companies, that is, ordinary account managers and senior account managers can do it. If you want to climb to the regional manager, you will occasionally have strong business ability, otherwise you will not even be a regional manager. How can you talk about the future in a securities company?
