The original production bonus factory (referring to Hunan General Factory) no longer enjoys the original production bonus method after implementing the performance bonus, but still enjoys the performance award of Tetra Pak filling line.

Performance award issuing standard

Performance bonus can only be evaluated if there is no batch quality accident in the month when the factory is on duty (the definition of accident refers to the production performance measures issued by the milk drinking enterprise group);

Performance bonuses are distributed according to the class (line) assessment;

The performance bonus will be paid together with the salary payment next month according to the bonus assessment amount. If the employee leaves the company in the same month as the approval, no bonus will be paid.

If the bonus value calculated according to the calculation method is negative, the performance bonus of the current month is 0;

In-plant posts are supported to be paid according to the original posts without cumulative calculation;

For cross-factory support in a general factory, the crop dynamic coefficient will be calculated, and the business group agrees to cross-factory support personnel. The crop dynamic coefficient will be calculated as 1.0, and the rest will be executed according to the original post.

If the new post is changed, it shall be paid according to the official effective time of the changed post and the original post time;

If the supervisor on duty and above teams/lines have valid customer complaints, the corresponding bonus will be deducted;

If the personnel fail to show up for production according to the production plan (including leave adjustment), the corresponding bonus will be deducted;

In any of the following circumstances, the performance bonus of the current month will be deducted:
