In 2005, Zhongjing Science and Technology designed and manufactured the first domestic stainless steel 1 150 hot rolled wide strip steel production line. By using finite element analysis and computer simulation technology, the overall structure of the production line is optimized, and full hydraulic screwdown, AGC thickness control and hydraulic roll bending are realized, thus the thickness difference and shape of strip steel are reliably controlled and the quality of strip steel is improved. Some technologies have filled the domestic gap.
In 2007, the project "Development and Industrialization of Stainless Steel Hot-rolled Broadband Production Line Series" won the "2007 Tianjin Science and Technology Innovation Special Fund" award. The company has realized the serialization of strip steel design and manufacture.
In 2003, China Science and Technology developed and produced the 1070 universal H-beam production line, and the self-developed universal rolling mill with high rigidity and short stress line filled the gap in China. In 2007, our company developed the first 400×200mmH-beam production line in China, and the second-generation universal rolling mill with high rigidity and short stress line independently developed reached or exceeded the imported products, which was recognized as the leading domestic and international advanced technical level in the industry. Since then, our company has successively developed large, medium, light and ultra-light general H-beam production lines with different specifications. Our company has the ability to design and manufacture 100-900mm H-beam production line equipment with different specifications.
In 2008, Zhongjing Technology began to design and manufacture advanced precision titanium alloy plate production lines for Antai Technology and CSIC, which opened up a new field of designing and manufacturing high-end high-quality alloy steel production equipment. At present, the company is developing cold-rolled precision belt equipment with world-leading technology level, and strives to make new breakthroughs in the research and development of high-end equipment technology for cold and hot rolling.
