The first phase of Guohua Ninghai Power Plant started construction on October 27th, 2003, the first unit was put into operation on February 27th, 2005, and all four units were put into operation on October 20th, 2006, with an approved budget of 9,926.85 million yuan. The owner of the project, Zhejiang Guohua Zheneng Power Generation Co., Ltd., takes building a green power station as its own responsibility and adopts high-efficiency dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification technologies. The dust removal efficiency can reach 99.3%, the desulfurization efficiency can reach more than 95%, the wastewater will also be discharged "zero", and the green area of the factory area will reach more than 30%. The environmental protection investment of the whole project will reach 654.388+0.8 billion yuan.
The first batch of concrete was poured on February 28th, 2006 at 65438. At present, two machines have been put into production, with a total investment of 8.955 billion yuan.
The new project of Zhejiang Guohua Ninghai Power Plant was put into operation to generate electricity, which eased the power shortage in Zhejiang Province and made outstanding contributions to local economic development.
In the process of building Ninghai Power Plant, Zhejiang Guohua Zheneng Power Generation Co., Ltd. actively handles various relationships with local governments, aiming at building a green power plant and building a harmonious Ningdian. By adopting new technologies such as high-efficiency dust removal, wet desulfurization and denitration of Unit #4, two closed circulating coal pools and green ecological slopes are built, with dust removal efficiency of 99.3% and desulfurization efficiency of over 95%, and "zero" discharge of wastewater to prevent pulverized coal from escaping, ensuring 30% green area of the plant. The first phase of the project has invested more than 2 billion yuan in environmental protection.
Since the official start of Guohua Ninghai Power Plant on June 27, 2003, we have strictly controlled the safety and quality of the project, successfully achieved "zero accidents" in safe operation, and the project quality is under full control. In 2005, the first unit was successfully connected to the grid for the first time on June165438+1October 14, and will be put into operation at the end of the year. In 2006, three units were put into production. Among them, Unit 2 is a "landmark unit with an installed capacity of over 500 million kilowatts in China".
On the basis of making full use of the land, water resources and public system in the first phase, two 1000MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating units will be built in the second phase according to the investment mode in the first phase. In terms of environmental protection, in addition to taking all advanced measures in the first stage, we also implemented a seawater cooling scheme to strictly avoid temperature discharge. All the work in the second stage has been basically completed and is being deepened and improved. With the approval of the state, the project was officially started in 2006, and two machines were successfully put into production in the second half of 2009. At the end of 20 10, this project won the highest honor of construction quality in China, "2065438-201/China Construction Engineering Luban Award (National Quality Project)".
