The project of Bawei-Beiguo and Beizhongxi Factory is located in the middle of Shijingshan District, covering an area of about 48 hectares. They are one of the largest factories in Beijing and west eight. With the disintegration of Beijing's non-capital function, enterprises are facing opportunities and challenges of restructuring. In order to revitalize the land stock resources, optimize the spatial layout of land use, and revitalize the old factory area, Shijingshan Planning and Land Branch actively docked with Jingcheng Electromechanical and Beijing Urban Construction Group to explore new paths for the transformation, upgrading and development of traditional industries.
