What do securities companies usually do? What department recruits who?

The first question is, what do securities companies do? Let's not talk about all kinds of corporate business of a securities company, but it is directly related to our ordinary investors. See for yourself if you are interested. Ordinary investors mainly deal with the sales department of securities companies. Business includes: opening cancelled securities accounts, handling various securities businesses, dealing with problems encountered in various transactions, account inquiry, complaint handling, consultation, investor publicity and education (that is, posting various posters at the door of the business department to prevent risks)! Generally, those who have been to securities companies have handled some of the above businesses more or less. However, with the development of online business halls of securities firms, some investors who handle online transactions have even been old shareholders for several years, and many have never been to securities companies! The second question: Can ordinary people join? Ordinary people can only work in the securities business department in most cases (excluding non-securities positions such as security, engineering and IT at headquarters). The premise is to pass the securities qualification examination, and some business departments must also pass the fund qualification examination at the same time. The application conditions are as follows: after passing the exam, I mainly work as a part-time securities broker and a full-time account manager in the sales department. And if you want to join, there is an unwritten rule that the account manager must be under 35 years old. It seems that the securities broker does not have this rule! Don't listen to the account manager and feel tall. In fact, it is commonly known as financial migrant workers. The account manager in each sales department has a large turnover. I really want to be interviewed, as long as my performance is not particularly bad, I can basically be admitted! The third question: What can I do after China's entry into WTO? Both account managers and securities brokers are actually similar to the sales of securities companies, mainly to open securities accounts for customers and sell various wealth management products and funds. There is also customer maintenance, similar to after-sales service. Account managers in some sales departments also take turns to take charge of some front desk work. In recent years, the stock market has been depressed, the competition of superimposed securities companies has intensified, and account managers are under great pressure. Many account managers can barely pass the exam and live on the minimum wage! Just say a few assessment indicators for your reference: 1, effective account indicator: add five effective accounts every month (usually account funds are 5000- 10000, transaction 1 counts as an effective account) 2. New assets: add 300,000-500,000 customer assets every month; 3. Product sales: 500,000 yuan per month for equity funds; (Take fixed-income products as an example, usually calculated according to the ratio of 10-20: 1, that is, 5 million-10/00000 fixed-income products are equal to the index of 500000 stock funds) 4. Compliance assessment: there can be no violations, as long as they are found, they can basically bid farewell to the securities industry.
