Brief introduction of China Petrochemical Hainan Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd.

China Petrochemical Hainan Refinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hainan Refinery) is located in Yangpu Economic Development Zone in the northwest of Hainan Province. Adjacent to Beibu Gulf, it has natural deep-water harbor and safe haven, and is located on the international shipping artery of Singapore-Hong Kong-Shanghai-Osaka, with superior geographical and shipping conditions. Hainan Refinery enjoys all the preferential policies of bonded port, national development zone and special economic zone. On June 3rd, 2003, the preparatory group of China Petrochemical Hainan Refinery Project was established. On April 26th, 2004, the foundation stone was laid for Hainan Oil Refining Project. On September 28th, 2006, the one-time trial operation of the device was successful, and the whole process was put into commercial operation.
