The relationship between a parent company and a wholly-owned subsidiary is different from that between a one-man company and a legal person.

The differences are as follows:

Relationship between wholly-owned subsidiary and parent company:

(1) The wholly-owned subsidiary is actually controlled by the parent company.

The parent company has the actual decision-making power on major issues of its subsidiaries and can decide the composition of the board of directors of its subsidiaries.

Although a one-person limited liability company and a wholly-owned subsidiary are legal persons, their levels are different.
