Can a partnership hold a limited company?
Legal analysis: The Company Law does not restrict the partnership from becoming a shareholder of the company. You can invest in the company and become a shareholder. But if it is a one-person limited liability company, it is different. According to Article 57 of the Company Law, the shareholders of a one-person limited liability company can only be legal persons or natural persons.
