1. American company name (English name) is required;
2. Provide scanned ID cards or passports of directors and shareholders (aged 18);
3. Provide the chairman's English signature, and indicate his first and last name in pinyin;
4. Provide the registered capital of the company (without capital verification);
5. To decide the share distribution ratio of shareholders of American companies;
6. Determine the registered address of the American company (in which state).
Note: Because there are 50 states in the United States that can register companies, their business policies are slightly different, and the conditions for registering companies are also slightly different. Please contact me for details.
American company registration process
1. Provide the American company name to search whether it can be registered (submit 1 the most satisfactory name and 2 alternative names at the same time);
2. Determine the registered state. There are 50 states in the United States to choose from.
3. Prepare American company registration information: just provide the company name, basic information of the applicant and the business scope of the company.
4. Submit the registration information of American companies, which is generally submitted by domestic agents to the local state company registration office in the United States;
5. Audit of the American Companies Registry;
6. American companies are successfully registered, and a full set of company registration certificates are mailed free of charge.
