What is private enterprise real estate debt?

Private enterprise real estate bonds are public bonds. They are mainly loan credit certificates issued for raising real estate funds, and they are the certificates that bondholders have the right to obtain the expected income from the issuer and recover the principal at maturity. Therefore, private real estate bonds are public bonds.
