Why can't Gitzo Finance download it?

As one of the first four pilot consumer finance companies approved by CBRC, Gitzo Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. became the first wholly foreign-owned consumer finance company in China. Gitzo Finance could not download it, because the company had problems and was investigated by the judicial authorities. The company prohibits downloading before processing.
