I just got out of the pain there ... if there is something better, don't go to this company. First, the treatment is poor. Basic undergraduate degree 1600 or so. Meals are paid, but they are deducted every month, and you can't count on five insurances and one gold. Second, the work is extremely hard. Every day is basically going out early and coming back late. There are no weekends and holidays, especially base stations. You have little time to rest and no overtime pay for pumping oil, generating electricity and repairing in one day. Third, the company's management is chaotic. If you are good at flattery, you will be happy to be photographed by the leader. No matter whether your skills fail (even if you don't understand, there will be idiots running errands for you), you will rise quickly. If not, no matter how good your technology is, the leader will pretend not to see it.
I advise you not to go. You'll regret it if you go. I also have a bachelor's degree, but I am a professional, which is much easier than other majors, but I have no money and no future.
