Introduction of Credit Suisse Founder Securities Co., Ltd.

Credit Suisse Founder Securities (CSFS) Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture securities company established by Founder Securities Co., Ltd. and Credit Suisse * * *, with a registered capital of 800 million yuan, of which 66.7% is contributed by Founder Securities and 33.3% by Credit Suisse.

On June 13, 2008, China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the Reply on Agreeing to Establish Credit Suisse Founder Securities Co., Ltd., and approved the establishment of Credit Suisse Founder Securities jointly by Founder Securities and Credit Suisse. With the approval of the Ministry of Commerce, the company was formally established on June 24, 2008 and obtained a business license. On June 29th, 2008, China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the company's securities business license (No.:Z 159 1 1000). The approved business scope of the company includes: underwriting of stocks (including RMB ordinary shares and foreign shares) and bonds (including government bonds and corporate bonds). Other businesses approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The legal representative of Founder Securities of Credit Suisse Bank is Chairman Lei Jie, and the main person in charge is General Manager Ma Yong.

Founder Securities of Credit Suisse is the first securities company approved to be established after the China Securities Regulatory Commission revised the Rules for the Establishment of Foreign-funded Securities Companies on February 28th, 2007.
