5. 1 Determine the salary adjustment process
5.2 quota control
At the beginning of each year, the company determines the proportion or quota of salary adjustment personnel in that year according to the benefit of the previous year and the budget index of total wages issued by the board of directors, and the financial department of the company takes out the salary increase part and reports it to the general manager's office for confirmation.
5.3 Breakdown of grades or departments
After the salary adjustment ratio or quota is determined, it is necessary to decompose the salary adjustment quota into various grades such as technology, production, function, sales and cadres. The specific decomposition method is as follows:

The total number of employees in the company
Total number of employees in the department × total number of salary adjustment places in the company
You can refer to this method for the decomposition of department salary adjustment quota; For departments with fewer employees, if 1 salary adjustment quota is insufficient, the department head will adjust the quota in the department according to the performance of employees.

5.4 Qualification examination
After the salary adjustment quota of a department or department is determined, the administrators of each department will summarize and sort the monthly performance scores of the employees of the department in the previous year, and then multiply the quota issued by the company by 2 times, and select the top personnel to participate in the salary adjustment selection. For example, the salary adjustment quota issued by the production system is 40, and the top 80 people with performance are eligible to participate in the salary adjustment selection. Those who are beyond 80 are not eligible to participate in the selection.

5.7 Implement salary adjustment
According to the wage standard coefficient of the post level of my post, the benchmark value will rise by 5% on a monthly basis (see * wage management system for details).
5.8 Data archiving and execution
After salary adjustment is completed, HR will start to implement in the specified month, and all salary adjustment data will be archived.
