Do unlisted companies have annual reports?

There is no mandatory requirement for companies to write annual reports, but a qualified company must have annual financial statements, a summary of the past year and a prospect for the future anyway. From this point of view, its function is similar to the annual report, but it is not as formal and convenient as the annual report of listed companies.
