It is a joint venture between Sichuan Yibin Changfeng Transportation Co., Ltd. and Korea Jinhu Construction (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., with a total investment of1600,000 yuan and a registered capital of10/200,000 yuan, of which Yibin Changfeng Transportation Co., Ltd. contributes fixed assets equivalent to 571200,000 yuan, accounting for 5/kloc-0. South Korea's Kumho Construction (Hong Kong joint venture company has 65,438 directors and 65,438 deputy general managers. It has four departments and nine departments, namely, management department, finance department, transportation department and station department, which are mainly engaged in intercity bus passenger transport, inter-provincial bus passenger transport, expressway passenger transport, tourist bus passenger transport, passenger station and related facilities operation, maintenance of Class I motor vehicles and provision of passenger-related services. Among them, the Ministry of Transport is mainly engaged in the wholly-owned passenger transport of expressways, and its operating lines include Chengdu, Chongqing, Yongchuan, Mianyang, Deyang, Ziyang and Ya 'an, and there are currently 20 vehicles.
