The Golden Bull Award of the Secretary-General is a selection activity for the governance ability of listed companies recommended by securities regulators, securities companies and listing associations and selected by experts. The selection results are conducted under the principle of "openness, fairness and justice". The "Golden Bull Secretary Award" is awarded to the directors of listed companies who are responsible for corporate governance, equity affairs management, information disclosure and investor relations.
