Relationship between Xinye Steel and Daye Special Steel

Same company. Xinyegang is one of the earliest existing iron and steel enterprises in China, and its predecessor Daye Iron and Steel Plant is an important part of Hanyeping Coal and Iron Factory and Mine Co., Ltd. in the late Qing Dynasty. It has a long history and is known as the "cradle of steel" in China. Daye Special Steel is a listed company under Xinye Steel and a specialized special steel manufacturer under China CITIC Group.
