China Petrochemical Yangzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yangzi Petrochemical) and China Petrochemical Group Asset Management Co., Ltd. Yangzi Petrochemical Branch (hereinafter referred to as asset company Yangzi Branch) are collectively called Yangzi Petrochemical, with an area of 12.43 square kilometers. They are located in the northern suburb of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, bordering the Yangtze River in the south and beijing-shanghai railway in the north, and are integrated with the national Nanjing Chemical Industrial Park.

The company has 58 sets of large petrochemical plants, including12.5 million tons/year oil refining, 800,000 tons/year ethylene and10.4 million tons/year aromatic hydrocarbons, which can produce more than 50 products in five categories, including synthetic resin, synthetic fiber raw materials, basic organic chemical raw materials, refined oil and synthetic rubber. It is the main pure benzene, p-xylene, o-xylene and hydroquinone in China.
