Two. Environmental objectives and indicators
According to the list of main environmental factors on the construction site, the environmental objectives and indicators of this project are determined as follows:
Noise emission standard: for structural construction, 70dB during the day and 55dB at night; Decoration construction, 65dB during the day and 55dB at night.
Air pollution prevention and control reaches the standard: the dust control on the construction site meets the national second-class emission regulations.
Reduce transportation leakage: take measures such as cleaning and covering to avoid or reduce transportation leakage;
Discharge standard of domestic and production sewage: the production sewage is discharged after precipitation, and the sewage discharge meets the discharge standard of water pollutants in Jiangsu Province.
Prevention of light pollution: directional lampshades are used for night lighting in the construction site, which will not affect the rest of people in surrounding communities and buildings adjacent to the original ward.
In order to prevent dangerous chemicals and oil products from leaking and causing harm to human body: paints, coatings and other chemicals and special materials and oils containing chemical components on the construction site should be stored in a sealed manner, and they should be taken as needed to avoid leakage and overflow as much as possible;
Designated discharge of toxic and hazardous wastes: classify and manage wastes, contact recycling units for designated discharge of toxic and hazardous wastes, and pay attention to classified recovery and reuse of other wastes;
Put an end to fire and explosion accidents: strengthen fire awareness training, improve fire management system and fire control facilities, strictly control flammable and explosive materials, and put an end to fire and explosion accidents; Organize on-site construction personnel to conduct fire drills before the construction of the main structure on site; On June 5438+05 every month, the project manager will organize on-site construction personnel (including project department management personnel) to conduct safety learning.
