After more than three months of no-load trial operation and evaluation of the basic conditions of trial operation, the first phase of Ningbo Rail Transit Line 3 is scheduled to officially open for trial operation on the morning of June 30th 10: 00.
Network backbone line running through the north and south of the city
The first phase of Line 3 started construction in February 2004+2065438. The project starts from Gaotangqiao Station in Yinzhou District in the south and ends at Datong Bridge Station in Jiangbei District in the north, with a total length of16.73km and five stations 15, all of which are underground stations. As the traffic artery that runs through the north and south of the city, the first phase of Line 3 connects the southern business district, Yinzhou Wanda, Impression City, Metro, Tianlun Square, Carrefour and other prosperous business districts in series, and opens up the Yongjiang Science and Technology Corridor, Gymnasium, Children's Park, Ningbo Museum and other urban landmarks, which is a veritable golden economic line. Among them, passengers can transfer to 1 line at Sakura Park Station and to Line 2 Phase I at Datong Bridge Station.
After the first phase of Line 3 is completed and opened to traffic, the operating mileage of Ningbo rail transit will reach 9 1km, and the number of operating stations will increase to 66, covering the main urban area of Ningbo, connecting key blocks such as Tianyi business district, southern business district, municipal administrative service center, north-south higher education park, and transportation hubs such as Ningbo Railway Station, airport, passenger center and Yinzhou passenger station.

Due to the early trial operation, some stations and surrounding environment of Line 3 need to be further improved. For example, Ningbo Rail Transit is going all out to speed up the work progress, such as completing some station projects, improving signs and stickers, improving the surrounding environment of stations, supporting the construction of municipal roads, and optimizing bus connections.

There are 15 stations along the whole line, all of which are underground stations.
They are: Gaotangqiao Station, Zhang Ju Road Station, Yinzhou Bus Station, Southern Business District Station, Yinzhou District Government Station, Siming Middle Road Station, Jinyu Road Station, Qianhu Road Station, Biqiu Station, Children's Park Station, Sakura Park Station, Gymnasium Station, Minglou Station, Zhongxing Bridge South Station and Datong Bridge Station.
Passengers can transfer at Sakura Park Station and 1 Line, Datong Bridge Station and Line 2.

Cherry blossom park station: cherry blossom powder is the main color, and the top cherry blossom modeling lamp echoes the theme of the station;

Datong Bridge Station: The Yunshui Cultural Wall takes the bridge as the silhouette, and the name of Yongcheng looms in it;

Fare scheme
If the starting mileage is within 4 kilometers, each ticket will be 2 yuan;
For the part with a mileage of more than 4 kilometers, the fare will be gradually increased on the basis of starting. For the part with a mileage of 4 to 8 kilometers, you can walk 4 kilometers per 1 yuan;
8 to 13 km, 5 km per 1 yuan;
From 13 to 20 kilometers, you can walk 7 kilometers per 1 yuan;
For the part exceeding 20 kilometers, you can walk 9 kilometers per 1 yuan.
After the opening of the first phase of Line 3, the highest fare of the whole rail transit network is 9 yuan.

The first and last buses are separated at two stations. The first and last buses of the two stations are at 6:00 and 22:20 respectively, and the full-day operation time is 16 hours and 20 minutes.
On weekdays, the interval between peak trains is 6 minutes, that between Pingfeng trains is 8 minutes, and that between low-peak trains is 10 minute. The interval between the flat peak and the low peak on weekends is 8 minutes and 10 minutes respectively.
