Develop and operate the pumped storage power station project of State Grid Corporation of China, learn from the management model of pumped storage power station construction and operation level in developed countries in the world, and form the domestic pumped storage power station operation model and mechanism; Coordinate the development sequence and progress of the pre-project of pumped storage power station with mature conditions, so as to make the pumped storage power station of State Grid Corporation develop in an integrated, orderly, moderate, intensive and efficient way; Manage some existing power generation assets of State Grid Corporation of China to maintain and increase the value of state-owned assets; In accordance with the requirements of the national industrial policy, market-oriented, standing at the forefront of the development of new technologies, new methods and new energy, actively participate in, develop and build power supply projects that adopt new technologies, new methods and new energy, such as circulating fluidized bed power stations, clean and environmentally friendly demonstration power stations and wind power generation, and make contributions to building a conservation-oriented society.
