Business of Guangfa Mall: Debit card or credit card holders of Guangfa Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guangfa Bank), or current passbook users of Guangfa Bank, apply for and register ordering information through the website or telephone of Guangfa Mall, and pay the payment in full or in installments at one time. The supplier delivers the goods to the subscribers by mail or express delivery.
The subscribers shop through Guangfa Mall, and Guangfa Bank does not charge subscription service fees to the subscribers. If the subscriber needs to pay any form of subscription service fee when shopping, please contact the supplier for confirmation. Any dispute between the orderer and the supplier has nothing to do with Guangfa Bank.
After the orderer submits the order to Guangfa Bank and is approved by Guangfa Bank, Guangfa Bank has the right to pay the full payment for the goods purchased by the orderer to the supplier in advance, and at the same time, it automatically forms the debt of the orderer to Guangfa Bank. In order to ensure the normal order of the orderer, the supplier will contact the orderer to confirm the goods and delivery information before delivery. If the orderer can't be contacted within 30 natural days after the order is generated, the order will be cancelled, and Guangfa Bank and suppliers need not bear any compensation responsibility for it.
