There is no outstanding account between BOC and the enterprise, and the accounts are consistent and the accounts are consistent.
After meeting the above conditions, please cancel the RMB settlement account of the enterprise with the following materials: the official seal of the company, the corporate seal and the financial seal reserved by the bank, and return the unused checks, seal cards and other materials (if the information is lost, please issue an official letter to prove). China Bank withdraws the account opening license or approval notice, fills in the application for account cancellation, settles the interest, and transfers the full amount to other units. In principle, withdrawal is not allowed.
If the legal person cannot cancel the account in China Bank, the agent shall carry the legal person's power of attorney (signed by the legal person and stamped with the official seal of the unit), the original and photocopy of the legal person's and the agent's ID card.
