Why did E-Letter Diamond terminate its listing?

The annual report of 20 18 cannot be disclosed before April 30th, 20 19 because the annual audit and annual report have not been completed. E-New Diamond New Materials Co., Ltd. failed to disclose the annual report of 20 18 before April 30, 2009, because the annual audit and the preparation of the annual report have not been completed. According to the relevant provisions of the Business Rules of the National Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Share Transfer System (Trial), the company's shares have been suspended since May 6, 20 19. During the suspension period, the company fulfilled its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner in accordance with relevant regulations. According to Item (3) of Article 4.5./KLOC-0 of the Business Rules of the National Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Share Transfer System (Trial), if a listed company fails to disclose its annual report within the prescribed time limit and fails to disclose it within 2 months from the date of expiration, the National Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Share Transfer System will terminate its stock listing as required.
