Suzhou CRRC Rail Transit Vehicle Co., Ltd. is a rail transit vehicle industrialization base established in Suzhou by CRRC Nanjing Puzhen Vehicle Co., Ltd., Suzhou Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd. and Suzhou High-tech Economic Development Group Company. It is a secondary subsidiary of CRRC Group (formerly China CSR Group). The company's main business scope: assembly, repair (including renovation) and other rail transit related services of trams and other rail transit vehicles. The first phase of the company's project is expected to invest 300 million yuan. Upon completion, it will form an annual production capacity of 50 trains (5 modules) and 20 scheduled (temporary) trains.
