1. If you change the name of an enterprise with a business license, you need to provide an application for registration of change, a resolution of the board of directors of the enterprise, an agreement on supplementary amendments to the relevant articles of association, the original and a copy of the business license;
2. To change the business scope of the business license, an application for registration of change, a resolution of the board of directors, an agreement to supplement and amend the contract and articles of association, the approval documents of the original examination and approval authority, a new approval certificate, and the original and duplicate of the business license shall be submitted.

Article 27 of the Company Law
When applying for registration of change, a company shall submit the following documents to the company registration authority:
(1) An application for change registration signed by the legal representative of the company;
(2) resolutions or decisions on changes made in accordance with the Company Law.
(3) Other documents required by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
Where the company's change of registration matters involves the revision of the articles of association, it shall submit the revised articles of association or amendments to the articles of association signed by the company's legal representative. Where laws, administrative regulations or decisions of the State Council require approval to change registered items, relevant approval documents shall also be submitted to the company registration authority.
