Legal basis: Article 19 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Enterprise Legal Persons in People's Republic of China (PRC) shall apply to the registration authority for change of registration, industrial and commercial registration or cancellation of registration within 30 days after approval by the competent department or the examination and approval authority.
