The main powerhouse of Fengyuan Hydropower Station is mainly composed of barrage, diversion tunnel, powerhouse, switch station, transmission line and other buildings, forming a pattern of one reservoir, two holes and two powerhouse with Mindong Hydropower Station. The power plant is located at the intersection of Muyangxi and Bapuxi near Chuchu Village, Kangcuo Township, Fu 'an City, and consists of main workshop, auxiliary workshop, switch station and other buildings. The main workshop is the ground workshop. The main engine section is 27.6m long, the installation section is 18.35m long, the width is 16.9m, and the height is 39.7m m. Two 40MW hydro-generator sets (model of hydro-turbine: HLTF 13-LJ-205, model of hydro-generator: SF40-65438) are installed in the plant.
The power station is designed according to the requirements of "unattended and few people on duty". The main equipment has reached the domestic first-class level, and the automation degree of the whole factory has entered the domestic advanced ranks, realizing remote online monitoring. Fuan Huanglanxi Hydroelectric Power Generation Co., Ltd. was established in 1996, and manages the first and second hydropower stations in Huanglanxi. The power station is a key construction project in Fujian Province during the Eighth Five-Year Plan, a key project in Ningde City and a key energy construction project in Fu 'an City. The installed capacity of the power station is 36,000 kilowatts, the annual power generation is 65.438+0.25 billion kilowatt hours, and the total dynamic investment is 280 million yuan. The power station project started construction in 1992, and the 1996 and 1997 two-stage power stations were successively completed and put into operation.
Huanglanxi Hydroelectric Power Generation Co., Ltd. was jointly operated by Fu 'an Municipal People's Government and Hong Kong British Yongpei Investment Co., Ltd. before 200 1, and then jointly operated by Fujian Mindong Electric Power Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong British Yongpei Investment Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan, of which Fujian Mindong Electric Power Co., Ltd. holds 75% and Hong Kong British Yongpei Investment Co., Ltd. holds 25%. On May 29, 2007, with the approval of Ningde Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau, Hong Kong British Yongpei Investment Co., Ltd. transferred all its 25% shares to Fujian Mindong Electric Power Co., Ltd., and Huanglanxi Hydropower Co., Ltd. changed from a Sino-foreign joint venture to a domestic enterprise. The company has seven departments and one room with 229 employees.
