If the business scope of the company is subject to approval according to laws, administrative regulations or the State Council's decision, and its license or other approval documents are revoked, or the validity period expires, it shall apply for change of registration within 30 days from the date of expiration of the license or other approval documents, or go through cancellation of registration in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VI of these Regulations.
