At the end of 2006, two coke ovens in the second phase of the project were successfully put into operation. The company has four 55-hole JN60-82 coke ovens, with a coke oven gas output of 10.56 million cubic meters/hour and a designed annual coke output of 2.2 million tons. The annual output of chemical tar is 50,000 tons, crude benzene10.3 million tons and ammonium sulfate10.3 million tons. The company adopts advanced CDQ technology and has two sets of CDQ and power generation systems. The design capacity of CDQ is 140t/h, and there are two 12MW condensing steam turbine generator sets, with an annual power generation of1440,000 kwh.
The third phase of the project started construction in early 2008 and was completed and put into operation in June 2009. New coke ovens with an annual output of 165438+ 10,000 tons and related supporting facilities. After the project is put into production, the total scale of the company is 3.3 million tons.
