1. Provide the latest registered capital.
2. Provide basic company documents of Hong Kong companies, such as annual returns, business registration certificates and articles of association.
3. Sign a capital increase agreement with the institution.
4. Prepaid capital increase expenses
5. The agency will sort out the corresponding capital increase materials and submit them to the relevant departments in Hong Kong. After approval, NSC 1 rights issue declaration will be issued.
It takes 3-5 working days to prepare complete capital increase information to relevant departments and then complete the capital increase process.
