Is Inner Mongolia Mining Group a state-owned enterprise?

Inner Mongolia Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Mining Group) was approved by the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on March 20 13, and was formed by the integration of Inner Mongolia Geology and Mineral Group, Nonferrous Geology and Mineral Group and Coal Exploration Group. It is a large-scale wholly state-owned enterprise directly under the autonomous region and operated in accordance with the modern enterprise system. The People's Government of the Autonomous Region authorizes the Department of Land and Resources of the Autonomous Region to perform the responsibilities of the investor.
