China Zhongliao Mining Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yuntianhua Company, obtained two mining licenses issued by the Lao government in June 2004, with a mining area of 78 square kilometers and a 30-year reserve of 860 metric tons of potash mine (calculated by KCl). Vientiane Basin in Laos is a sub-basin of Nakong Basin in Chacon in the north of Nakhon Plateau, and Tongmang mining area is an important part of potash deposit in Vientiane Basin.
