The 9.8MW (Phase II) agricultural photovoltaic power generation project of Fengxian Suxinxin Energy Co., Ltd., invested and registered by Jiangsu Suxinxin Energy Engineering Co., Ltd., provides green electricity for Fengxian while developing circular agriculture, similar to Jiangsu? Application and declaration process for photovoltaic project filing 1. City and county power grid enterprise customer service centers provide grid-connected application acceptance services for distributed photovoltaic power generation project owners, assist project owners to fill in grid-connected application forms and accept relevant supporting documents.
2. Power grid enterprises provide access system scheme formulation and consulting services for distributed photovoltaic power generation project owners. Within 20 working days after accepting the application for grid connection, the customer service center will deliver the access system scheme to the project owners, and the project owners will implement it after confirming it.
3. For the 10 kV access project, the customer service center will provide the project owner with the power grid access opinions within 5 working days after the project owner confirms the access system scheme, and the project owner will carry out the follow-up work such as project approval and engineering construction according to the power grid access opinions. For the 380-volt access project, the access system scheme confirmed by both parties is equivalent to the submission of access to the power grid.
4. After the completion of the main project and access system project of distributed photovoltaic power generation project, the customer service center accepts the application for grid-connected acceptance and grid-connected debugging by the project owner, and accepts relevant materials.
5. After accepting the application for grid-connected acceptance and grid-connected debugging, the power grid enterprise shall complete the installation service of the gateway electric energy metering device within 10 working days, and sign a power purchase and sale contract and a grid-connected dispatching agreement with the project owner (or power user). The contents of the contract and agreement shall comply with the relevant provisions of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
6. The power grid enterprise shall organize grid-connected acceptance and grid-connected debugging within 10 working days after the installation of the gateway electric energy metering device is completed, and provide acceptance opinions to the project owner. After debugging, it will be directly connected to the grid. Acceptance criteria shall be implemented in accordance with relevant state regulations. If the acceptance is unqualified, the power grid enterprise will propose a solution to the project owner.
7. Power grid enterprises do not charge any fees in the whole process of grid-connected application acceptance, access system scheme formulation, contract agreement signing, grid-connected acceptance and grid-connected debugging.
