With the approval of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, the company's equity was changed, and AVIC Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd. was renamed as BOC Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd. After the company was renamed, the original insurance contract held by the customer was still valid, and all service commitments remained unchanged. In the future, BOC Samsung Life will make full use of the advantages and characteristics of the three shareholders to provide our customers with all-round, high-quality and efficient insurance protection and wealth management services.
A, sales service commitment
(1) All insurance sales personnel of the company must have the qualifications stipulated by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission before taking up their posts.
(2) When an insurance salesman sells insurance products face to face, he shall show his work permit or exhibition certificate. If an insurance salesperson sells insurance products by telephone, he shall inform the applicant of his name and job number.
(3) Sales personnel of individual insurance and bancassurance channels shall provide insurance clauses, product manuals and insurance tips. Fully and correctly explain the insurance benefits and liability exemption to customers before insurance, and do not make any false statements and commitments; Prompt the applicant to fill in the application form truthfully and completely, read and understand the contents of the insurance clauses, and sign it.
Second, underwriting service commitment
(1) The company will make an underwriting decision within 3 working days after receiving the customer's complete insurance application. For the standard business with complete insurance information and no need for physical examination or survival investigation, the company will issue an insurance contract within 4 working days after receiving the insurance information and the first premium.
(2) For businesses that require physical examination, survival survey or other insurance materials, the Company will notify the applicant once within 3 working days after receiving the insurance application.
(3) The Company will issue an underwriting decision within 3 working days after the customer completes the physical examination and survival survey and completely supplements the relevant information. For the application based on underwriting decision, the company will issue an insurance contract within 4 working days after making the underwriting decision and receiving the first premium paid by the insured.
(4) If the underwriting decision is conditional underwriting, the Company will notify the applicant in writing within 3 working days of making the conditional underwriting decision, and issue an insurance contract within 4 working days after the applicant accepts and meets the additional underwriting conditions. If the applicant does not accept or fails to reach the additional conditions, the company will refund the premium collected in full.
