Ceng Hui, male, born on June 1943 1, party member, formerly known as Zeng, pen names Long Ming and Fan Yun, from Changde, originally from Lixian. He is currently editor-in-chief of Hong Kong Publishing House, editor-in-chief of Hong Kong Celebrity and Famous Brand magazine, editor-in-chief of Zhongjian series, visiting professor of Sun Yat-sen College of Literature, member of Chinese Writers Association, member of China Prose Society and director of Hunan Contemporary Literature Research Association. He has served as a member of the writing group of Lixian County Committee, deputy director of Lixian newspaper, deputy director of county cultural bureau, chairman of county Federation of Literary and Art Circles, vice chairman of Changde Federation of Literary and Art Circles, deputy of the second National People's Congress of Changde City, and member of the third CPPCC. Member of the Novel Creation Committee of Hunan Writers Association. Graduated from the Chinese Department of Northwest University with a Bachelor of Arts. He has published novels such as Eight Sons in the Snow, Money Girl, Love in Love, reportage Seven Pine Soul, reportage prose collection The First Step of the Ladder, Rehabilitation of Cancer, and documentary literature Love in Mulberry.
