Has Ningbo Dongwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. closed down?

Closed down. On July 6, 2022, Cailian announced that Ningbo Dongwang Intelligent System Engineering Co., Ltd. ("Dongwang Intelligent" for short), a subsidiary of the company, received a notice from the People's Court of Yinzhou District, Ningbo, claiming that the applicant Ningbo Hao Gang Import & Export Co., Ltd. ("Ningbo Hao Gang" for short) filed for bankruptcy with Yinzhou Court on the grounds that the assets of the respondent Dongwang Intelligent were insufficient to pay off all debts.
