Simply put, a fund organization is an institution with the function of fund scheduling. Its existence may be an internal bank or a financial company.
2. The internal deposit account settings of member companies and fund organizations are different:
When using Internal Deposit, member companies can set Bank Deposit-Internal Deposit (or the deposit of the organization where funds are deposited). For member companies, internal deposits belong to assets.
When using Internal Deposit, the fund organization can set Internal Member Company Deposit Payable. As far as the fund organization is concerned, the deposit of a member company belongs to the trust of the fund organization, which is a payable account and a liability account.
Three. Compilation of consolidated statements:
When the balance sheet is consolidated, the balance of "bank deposit-internal deposit (or fund organization deposit)" of the member company and "deposit payable to internal member company" of the fund organization should offset each other, and the balance of both accounts after hedging is 0.
4. The subject of "internal transaction" is essentially different from "bank deposit-internal deposit (or fund organization deposit)" and "deposit payable to internal member companies". The former reflects the accounts receivable and accounts payable between internal member companies due to business relations, while the latter lists the current accounts between fund organizations and member companies. In practical work, some units use the former instead of the latter, which leads to confusion in the list of subjects, which is absolutely unacceptable.
