When the controller is powered on, the top row of the display window displays "scale number and version number" and the bottom row displays "range value" for about 3 seconds, and then it enters the normal display state.
2. Benchmark and setting of temperature and constant temperature time
1) without constant temperature timing function:
Click the "Set" key to enter the temperature setting state. The next line of the display window displays the prompt "SP", and the upper line displays the temperature set point (the first value flashes), which can be modified to the required set point by moving, increasing and decreasing keys; Click "Set" button again to exit the setting state, and the modified setting value will be automatically saved. In this setting state, if no key is pressed within 1 minute, the controller will automatically return to the normal display state.
2) Whether there is constant temperature timing function.
Click the "Set" key to enter the temperature setting state, and the prompt "SP" will be displayed on the next line of the display window, and the temperature setting value will be displayed on the previous line (the first value flashes). The modification method is the same as above; Click the "Set" button again to enter the constant temperature time setting state, and the prompt "ST" will be displayed on the next line of the display window, and the constant temperature time setting value (the first digit flashes) will be displayed on the previous line; Click "Set" button again to exit the setting state, and the modified setting value will be automatically saved.
When the constant temperature time is set to "0", it means that there is no timing function, the controller runs continuously, and the set temperature value is displayed in the next line of the display window; When the set time is not "0", the next line of the display window shows the running time or temperature set value (see VII. Running time display mode (value of parameter ndt) in internal parameter table -2). When the running time is displayed, the next line of the decimal point lights up. When the measured temperature reaches the set temperature, the timer starts to count, and the lower decimal point flashes. When the timer expires, the operation will end, and the next line of the display window will show "End". After running, press and hold the "Reduce" key for 3 seconds to start running again.
Note: If the temperature setting value increases during the timing, the meter will restart the timing from 0; If the temperature set point decreases, the meter will continue to time.
3. Sensor abnormal prompt
If "-"is displayed on the upper row of the display window, it means that the temperature sensor is faulty, the temperature exceeds the measurement range or the controller itself is faulty. The controller automatically disconnects the heating output, the buzzer continues to buzz, and the alarm light is always on. Please check the temperature sensor and its wiring carefully.
4. When the deviation overtemperature prompts, the buzzer will beep, and the "ALM" prompt light will always be on; When the deviation warning is issued, the buzzer will beep and the "ALM" warning light will flash. If an overheating warning is generated due to changing the temperature setting, the "ALM" warning light will light up, but the buzzer will not buzz.
When the buzzer sounds, you can press any key to mute it.
6. "Shift" key: Click this key in the setting state, and the setting value will move and blink to modify.
7. "Reduce" key: click this key in the setting state to reduce the set value, and press and hold this key to continuously reduce the set value.
8. "Add" key: Click this key in the setting state, and the set value will increase. Press and hold this key for a long time, and the set value will increase continuously.
9. If there is no key in the setting state 1 min, the controller will automatically return to the normal display state.
Daily use, maintenance and maintenance
1. It is forbidden to invert the incubator during handling.
2. Do not change the set value frequently during use, so as not to affect the control accuracy and the service life of the equipment.
3. When using, the experimental articles should be far away from the vent 10cm, so as not to affect the ventilation.
4. The upper limit temperature alarm measures the temperature value, and the factory default setting is 20 degrees. If the user needs to change, please refer to (internal parameter table-1) to reset.
This machine is equipped with a power switch on the door handle. If there is a fault in operation, please cut off the power supply and check whether the control circuit is in good condition before checking other components. (See the wiring diagram for details)
6. Be sure to close the inner door and tighten the glass door handle first, and then close the box door. If the inner door and the box door are not closed, the equipment may not work at maximum performance. Please be careful not to use too much force to damage the door sealing mechanism when closing the door.
7. In order to keep the appearance of the equipment, do not wipe the appearance with corrosive solution. Wipe the interior with dry cloth or alcohol to keep it clean.
8. When the equipment is not in use, keep it dry and cut off the power supply.
9. In order to ensure the uniform temperature in the cabinet, always check whether the fan in the cabinet is operating normally. During the experiment, the articles in the box should not be placed too closely and the fan outlet should not be blocked to facilitate the air circulation in the box.
10. Do not touch or bump the temperature probe in the box, which may cause the temperature to get out of control.

12. Be careful when opening the inner glass door. Don't put pressure on the glass door, it may hurt people.
13. Personnel are not allowed to lean on the equipment door, so as to avoid personal injury and equipment damage caused by equipment overturning or door damage.
