Brief introduction of Zhuzhou power plant urgently needed by Datang Huayin

Zhuzhou Power Plant Zhuzhou Power Plant in Hunan Province, now Huayin Zhuzhou Thermal Power Company in Hunan Province, was one of the 156 key projects assisted by the former Soviet Union during the first five-year plan period of 1955. 1992, the State Council approved Zhuzhou Power Plant as the first technical transformation project to expand two 125 MW coal-fired generating units in the national power industry, which was fully invested by Hunan Huayin Power Co., Ltd. 19941February. After more than two years of construction, all two units were connected to the grid for power generation. In 200 1 year, when the power market in Hunan province is still relatively weak, we fully tap our own potential, and complete the annual power generation1305 million kwh, power supply1/83 million kwh, power supply coal consumption of 370 g/kwh, and the utilization rate of auxiliary power is 8.98%. It was awarded the honorary titles of "Two Civilized Units" in the national power system in 2000 by the State Power Company, "Clean Civilized Factory" by the Hunan Provincial Government and "First-class Thermal Power Plant" by the Hunan Electric Power Company. In March 2000, the State Council approved the feasibility study report of Zhuzhou Power Plant Phase II technical transformation project, and expanded two 300 MW coal-fired generating units on the basis of two 125 MW units. 2001June 18, the second phase of technical transformation officially kicked off the construction. And continue to be fully invested by Hunan Huayin Electric Power Co., Ltd., and Hunan Electric Power Construction and Development Corporation will generally contract this project. The dynamic total investment of the estimated budget is 2.252 billion yuan. After more than two years of fighting, with the efforts of all participants, the first 365438+ 100mw (# 3) generator set was officially put into production on August 29th, 2003, and the second 3 10MW(#4) generator set was officially put into production on February 27th, 2003. Within one year, the "two-machine production" was realized, and the #4 unit was put into production 53 days ahead of schedule, creating the latest and fastest record in the history of Hunan thermal power construction that it took only 168 days from the first grid-connected power generation to the completion of full-load operation. In 2002 and 2003, the project was awarded the title of "Advanced Unit for Target Management of Key Construction Projects in Hunan Province" by the provincial government. In 2004, #3 and #4 units passed the acceptance test and were awarded the title of "reaching the standard for production" by China Datang Corporation. The thermal power construction project management based on information platform developed by the second phase technical transformation project won the second prize of the 11th National Enterprise Management Innovation Achievement. At present, the preliminary work of Zhuzhou B Power Plant (4×600MW) proposed by Huayin Zhuzhou Thermal Power Company in Youxian County is being carried out intensively and orderly, and the first phase (2×600MW) project has been included in the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" of the province and reported to the National Development and Reform Commission.
